The Moose Racing Agroid RS‑20 is a high-performance electric balance bike built for riders aged 10 and up, supporting up to 175 lbs. It’s the perfect next step for young riders who are ready for more speed, power, and ride time before moving on to a full-size dirt bike. Equipped with a powerful 36V 6Ah brushless motor, the RS‑20 reaches speeds up to 20 mph and offers three selectable ride modes: 10 mph (training), 15 mph (standard), and 20 mph (fastest). It offers 20″ pneumatic tires, adjustable seat, and rigid front fork provide better control and a more stable ride. A full charge offers up to 60 minutes of use, with a recharge time of about 3 hours. The Agroid RS-20 is the high-performance step-up model. Compared to the RS-16—which rides more like an entry-level trainer—the RS-20 has a much larger battery and motor, twin brakes, and substantially more power, along with higher top speeds. It’s designed for kids who are ready for a more serious ride and longer runtime.

Although Moose Racing recommends the RS-20 for ages 10+, we’ve found that some confident riders as young as 8 may be able to fit and start on this model, depending on size, maturity, and prior experience. Thanks to the three selectable speed modes (10 / 15 / 20 mph), younger or newer riders can begin in training mode and progress gradually.

Parents/guardians are ultimately responsible for deciding when a child is ready for the RS-20 and which speed setting is appropriate. We recommend verifying fit, using proper safety gear, and close supervision—especially as speed modes increase. When in doubt, follow the manufacturer’s recommendation of 10+.
