This program aims to incentivize Colorado residents to use bicycles as a more frequent mode of transportation. It is one way the state intends to free up traffic, make more use of bike lanes, and encourage residents to be more active. Its broader goal is to make small steps toward climate change through sustainability and resiliency.
*The purchaser must be a Colorado resident who has not previously purchased a new qualified electric bicycle that received the $450 discount during the same calendar year.
