Compact Electric Power

While Moose Racing lists the Agroid RS-16 for ages 8+, our in-store fitting and ride feedback suggest this model runs small and a bit underpowered for larger/older kids. In practice, we’ve found it’s best suited for most riders around ages 5–7, depending on size and experience.
That said, every child is different. Parents/guardians are ultimately responsible for selecting the appropriate bike and speed mode for their child’s size, skill level, and riding environment. We strongly recommend checking fit and supervising new riders, especially when increasing speed settings. When in doubt, follow the manufacturer’s recommendation of 8+.
One reason the RS-16 works well for younger riders is its built-in progression and safety setup: it includes three selectable speed modes (5 / 7 / 11 mph) plus youth-focused safety features, letting children start slow and build confidence at their own pace.
